When will I be charged?

Your subscription is billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan. The billing date is based on when you initially subscribed.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be effective immediately, and your billing will be adjusted accordingly.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, we'll automatically retry several times. You'll receive email notifications about failed payments and how to resolve them.

How do I update my billing information?
