Managing Your Subscription

This guide walks you through how to view, change, and manage your CYBERWHITE Maturity App subscription. Learn how to upgrade, downgrade, update payment methods, and more.

Important Note

Changes to your subscription typically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you need immediate changes, please contact our support team.

Accessing Your Subscription Settings

  1. Log in to your CYBERWHITE Maturity App account

  2. Click on your profile in the top-right corner of the screen

  3. Select "Billing & Subscription" from the dropdown menu

  4. You'll now see your Subscription Management Dashboard

Understanding Your Subscription Dashboard

Current Plan

Shows your current subscription plan, including:

  • Plan name and tier
  • Monthly/annual billing cycle
  • Current usage metrics
  • Plan limitations

Billing Information

Contains your payment details, including:

  • Payment method
  • Billing address
  • Next billing date
  • Invoice history

Common Subscription Management Tasks

Upgrading Your Subscription

  1. From your Subscription Dashboard, click the "Upgrade Plan" button
  2. Browse available upgrade options
  3. Select your desired plan
  4. Review the changes, including new features and price difference
  5. Confirm your upgrade

Note: When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrading Your Subscription

  1. From your Subscription Dashboard, click the "Change Plan" button
  2. Browse available plan options
  3. Select a lower-tier plan
  4. Review the changes, including features you'll lose access to
  5. Confirm your downgrade

Note: Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll maintain access to your current plan's features until then.

Updating Payment Method

  1. From your Subscription Dashboard, click the "Payment Methods" tab
  2. Click "Add Payment Method" to add a new card or payment option
  3. Enter your payment details
  4. Set as default if desired
  5. Save your changes

Viewing Invoice History

  1. From your Subscription Dashboard, click the "Billing History" tab
  2. View a list of all past invoices
  3. Click on any invoice to view details
  4. Download PDF invoices as needed

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. From your Subscription Dashboard, click the "Cancel Subscription" button
  2. Select a reason for cancellation (this helps us improve)
  3. Review information about what happens after cancellation
  4. Confirm cancellation

Note: After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Subscription FAQs

When will my card be charged?

Your card is charged immediately when you first subscribe, and then on the same date each month or year (depending on your billing cycle). If your subscription started on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of a month, and a subsequent month doesn't have that date, you'll be billed on the last day of the month.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your card again over the next few days. You'll receive email notifications about the failed payment. If we're unable to process payment after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused until payment is resolved.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing from your Subscription Dashboard. When switching from monthly to annual, you'll be charged for a full year immediately. When switching from annual to monthly, the change will take effect after your current annual subscription ends.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains in our system for 30 days after your subscription ends. During this period, you can reactivate your subscription to regain access. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
